The band's history at this Rosemary Street location began in the early '70s. Jim, Tommy, Mike and Bill were joined by Fiddlin' Al McCanless on their first recording.  The Red Clay Ramblers played monthly at the Cat's Cradle from the early 1970s to well into the 1980s.
